Dave came to my house to provide me a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. Through the whole process he was polite and friendly while explaining all the options I was going to have after his walk through. The service was great from my initial phone call to the Technician, Jon, who arrived. He checked the gas unit with the remote control first, then did a thorough inspection and found that the fan needed to be replaced. I Highly recommend Addcox for maintenance, installation and repairs.

Addcox handled our HVAC system install professionally and courteously from start to finish. We were on a tight schedule to get everything completed prior to our extended time away from home. The initial estimate process answered all my questions and covered all my needs and the bid was in line with other contractors whose process left me with more questions than answers. Then the installation went well from start to finish. And when the final QC check, system charge and initial startup had to be done on the afternoon before we left town, the technicians were through and even worked quite late to make sure everything was ready for us.
