My entire house was backed up. I called several places who claimed to have 24/7 service and Dirty Bandit's was the only one to return my call. He was at my house within a few hours and worked diligently to determine the clog. He was fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. If Google reviews had more than 5 stars I would rate him higher. Thank you for your prompt, accurate response. I highly recommend his services to anyone in Douglas County!

I would definitely use this service again. They came early… what drain cleaning service ever does that, or for that matter any service? He gave good advice on what to do in the future to keep things flushing freely.

Fast, and friendly! Called after just waking up (and I sounded like it) he picked up on it in a good, way first he said 8:00 then he asked if 10 would be better. Great sense of humor while he worked and I got a discount for being an old guy! Would definitely recommend!

Over the weekend we had a plumbing issue that caused a resident's bathroom to backup. We were able to reach out and get help from Richard on it. This was not an easy fix but Richard showed determination to solve the issue. We will be reaching out to him in the future if needed and suggest others give him a call as well!
