I can’t say enough about the expertise, quality and exceptional personal customer service we received from Crea at Umqua and her talented crew. The natural quality of quartzite is what makes it so beautiful but it is not easy to work with. Not a problem for this crew. They somehow installed this huge (perfectly measured!) backsplash all in one piece!!!! I would never even call anyone else if we decided to build another home in Bandon. THANK YOU!!!

Wonderful people to work with and a good variety of stone to choose from. There was one small glitch in the installation that caused a slight delay in finishing the job, but they bent over backward to make things right. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

My wife Catherine and I are in the process of building a house in Bandon. Our contractor recommended Umpqua Stone for our coutertops so last September we drove over to Roseburg and met with Crea McKeen, the owner. We immediately enjoyed working with Crea. We had renderings from our cabinet maker that we went over with Crea so she could visualize what we wanted. She showed us her shop and set up a meeting for us at a large stone supplier in Portland to look at soapstone slabs. We chose the soapstone there in Portland for our kitchen counter tops and sink, and the man Crea had set up to meet with us was very helpful. I got the most GORGEOUS Quartzite! We had a couple of set backs - mostly my doing, but they were very accommodating. I picked a granite for the counters (so I didn't detract from my showpiece of the Michelangelo Quartzite) but when they came and measured they did not have enough so they found me several other options to choose from. When I was not thrilled with those options (I was kinda picky) we finally managed to find a slap of what I had previously picked then we had to wait for it to be delivered to them then to add more to their plate I added backsplash then took it off then added it back...now it is all installed and it is just amazing!!! Preston and Victor are fantastic, worked really hard and now I have a show stopping kitchen. Thank you to ALL who work there and made my dream kit

Professional, precise, beautiful work with careful attention to detail and left my home sparkling clean. I am so happy with my new laundry room. Price was reasonable too!
