Fantastic job leveling out settled patio concrete slabs. Very efficient work done in about 4 hours. One area had a 2” trip hazard between slabs, now nothing! 5 year guarantee but should last 80 years

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

Updated as of two years post initial project: still flooding and water getting into my basement. Waterproofing didn’t even last one month! They came and found two three inch holes in the dry track. They then explained that more work may be required and would not be included in the warranty since it would be an add on. Back in 2024, in order to schedule with TerraFirma in the first place we had to schedule six months in advance. We scheduled last winter and we got the project done around May or June of 2024. The initial project was requiring them to dig a trench in the concrete, but we didn’t realize we were supposed to move the water heater and gut out the cooling system before they got here. When they arrived they told us we could either cancel the whole project and reschedule with them

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

Our experience with TerraFirma was excellent... contacts via phone, TXT and email kept us appraised of each step. Partick Dunn was quick to visit our site and bid the job in several sections for us to consider. Hillary Mills worked to conveniently schedule us to benefit their schedule and ours. Lastly, Schylar Powers spent a day and a half conscientiously explaining each step in the process... and doing a fine job. We're very pleased.
