Our original deck was a mess and very old. Eric came in and rebuilt everything. Tearing out and hauling off all the wood. He rebuilt our entire deck using Trex. He went the extra mile for us. Our deck is absolutely gorgeous and we are very pleased. We'd highly recommend Eric if you're looking for the best!!! Thank you Eric. We know our job was not an easy one. John and Charlene

Eric did a great job on our patio. While other contractors were available, we used him because he made the best impression. Then he got it up quickly, everything was measured and carried out with great precision. His estimate was reasonable, and in the end it was right on point. We will definitely use him again if any future projects that come up, and we hands down recommend him to others.

Our deck remodel was definitely a challenge: the stairs were falling down, the existing structure was built incorrectly which included uneven walls, unlevel ground, and buildings/structures that were not built square. With each step of the rebuild, there were new discoveries like rotting beams or unconventional framing methods, but Eric still did an amazing job! He is a true master craftsman. He was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. We are super impressed with our new deck! We highly recommend Dodson Decks!

We recommend Dodson Decks. This spring, Eric Dodson constructed a beautiful, freestanding cedarwood deck with an attached ramp for us. The cedarwood deck is 250+ square feet with railing, posts for shade sails, and a small structure to directly access an RV from the deck. Eric provided information on construction details before the construction began, once started the deck build progressed quickly. Eric was very easy to work with. He is a very experienced deck builder, a true craftsman who cares about the details. We are very pleased with the quality of the deck Eric built. Will and Jessie

Eric was a pleasure to work with, reasonable with suggestions to keep the cost low on our replacement wood to Trex deck. We did get a couple of fishy and unreliable quotes that kept changing but Eric stayed upfront about any added costs if they came up. He accommodated to our needs and helped us in every way he could. The deck couldn’t have been better than it turned out. Would give him 10 stars if I could. Needless to say the next deck project will go to him.
