Aire Serv really helped us out with an ongoing issue we were having with our furnace unit. They were so attentive and helpful that we signed up for their maintenance program. I highly recommend Aire Serv!

I would like to thank everyone at Aire Serv for their efforts this winter with fixing our heating problem. We had no heat when Plainfield dropped to -5. We were in Florida and without our neighbors Paul and paula and the outstanding guys at Aire Serv we would have had large problems. After working through the possible fixes and dealing with manufacturer. The Aire Serv team found the issue and repaired at a most reasonable price!. Outstanding experience! Aireserv was very professional and honest in their diagnosis. They explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand and even showed me exactly what was going on with my unit and why it wasn’t performing like it should. The technician was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He showed me options for solutions on my system but without any upselling or feeling pressured. Overall, I felt very satisfied and comfortable and I will be having them service my HVAC needs going forward.

Zach and Taylor came out to the house today to service my furnace. They were very professional and educational in their approach. I really appreciated their thoroughness. They gave me options for various preventative needs my furnace has, while I didn't take them up on those options now, it's nice to have the knowledge of what's going on with my system. Thanks guys 🙂
