It was pretty decent store , until went to check out. I'm a large black man and im well in my means, spending my money at lowes. I get to the self check out , and the clerk that was clearly staged upfront, decided to completely re route herself to watch a exactly what I was scanning and making sure I paid at the check. Granted, this is her job except I was not the only one self checking out and she was only in position to watch ME. These acts seems small to the one watching but I'd rather shop at Walmart for my tools if I am going to be watched specifically.

I had order a wall double oven on the Lowe’s app with insulation and removal of old unit I order well in advance of thanksgiving so I would make sure it was delivered and installed After speaking with assistant manager Chrissy over the phone she not very good at her job. Long story short she could not guarantee it would be delivered and installed by the holiday that she could cancel. So looks like I’ll shop at another store. It’s a shame I live close to Lowe’s Have use them on several remodel jobs at the properties that LotMan llc owns. PS. My unit set in the store for a week !

Go to hardware store. I wish they had more power tools (a wider slection). Especially more wood working tools (jointer, planer, higher end table saws). My wife loves to go as there are plenty of other things to paruse for home projects and their plant selection in the spring and summer is very good. My store is Noblesville, IN.

Furnace so last weekend, my son was approached by a very pushy woman.\nWhen she noticed him carrying around a furnace filter, offering a deal on furnace inspections for $28.Lowe's has a third party company.Do this inspection it's they told my son they would confirm before somebody showed up. That didn't happen. My furnace had just been completely cleaned with a brand new filter added, the service person showed up.\n Took an extended amount of time for a general inspection. I left and came home and my heat was no longer working on a gas furnace. He unplugged my furnace flame sensor this could have cost me a lot of money.\n To have somebody else come out and fix it. I feel that this was done intentionally. Save yourself the grief. Do not let these people come onto your property. I filed a c

-false promise of carpet install time frame, -misinformation on carpet and install. -conflicting information on samething, -reaching flooring dept. by phone extremely challenging, -promises of call backs not kept. The time frame we needed the install has past and no answers, of course it's all already paid for!
