Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had frozen pipes in my garage. As the pipes thawed, they began to leak a significant amount of water from a poorly installed water softener. Roto-Rooter Services quickly dispatched technician Jim Meyer from their Fishers, Indiana location. He worked on Friday and returned on Sarurday with technician Christopher Bandy to correct the plumbing and inspect all the remaining plumbing at my home. They did a great job. I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumbing repair!

Excellent service. Had a clog in a water line. After multiple techs from another service inspected and delayed my appointments, I called Roto-Rooter. They had a tech out to me within an hour and a half. He was able to fix the issue within an hour and showed me where the blockage was located on his camera. Service came with a 6 month warranty as well. I’m very satisfied with the service provided by this company & the technician, Jalen. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company! I’d recommend them to my worst enemy so that they could experience the annoyance of being left to clean up wastewater after initial service, rescheduled services 5 different times in one week, having appointments cancelled without any form of notice, and being told “we promise we’ll send someone out” just to be later told 4 HOURS AFTER SCHEDULED SERVICE “oh we actually can’t do it right now, can you wait longer or change to a different day?” Had a drain back up into my basement two Sundays ago and they “fixed” it only for it to happen again exactly a week later… as said above, this then led to a week of rescheduling, being told I was “next in line and that someone was in the area,” and once even having the entire scheduled day being changed with no contact on my end bes

Jalen was outstanding. He was very polite and friendly. We ran into several problems and he worked through it and came up with a very good solution. Highly recommend roto rooter and Jalen. Very impressed.

I contacted several plumbers, who advertised urgent repairs as part of their business and all only offered next day service. Rotorooter was the only company to offer and provide that service. My technician was Jaylen and he was prompt in his arrival and did an excellent job of repairing my plumbing. I highly recommend this company.
