Menards

I like Menards I'm slowly switching from a Lowe's person to a Menards person. I feel like their selection is starting to outdo Lowe's significantly. Prices are pretty much about even neither store has the helpfulness that I would like to see. I need to come up with a better way for you to find help when you need to ask for something is on an aisle or something. Maybe I'll come up with something and sell it to the company. It just seems like my trips would be much faster. Maybe you post someone at the door that does nothing but stand there welcome people and ask if you need help finding something to say yes trash bags I'll a 17 and that's going to make everybody strip much faster much better and you're not spending time walking around trying to find someone or find the product you're in and

Plenty of parking. Everything always seems to be well stocked and orderly. Wide aisles. Well marked. Needed help lifting and loading heavy bags and they were very quick to step up. Young man was very friendly, helpful, and personable. Altogether a quick, pleasant shopping experience.

This store has so many items for your home or your property for keeping up or just for home improvements. Many different types of wood to buy from their lumberyard. Many seasonal options too! Tools, clothing, cleaning products,shelves, lighting are just some the fantastic products this big box store provides. Excellent return policy and using the kiosk to look up an old receipt is fantastic. The employees are typically kind and helpful. I shop here often and they usually have the items I need. A nice selection of toys and treats for pets. Just too much list but an incredible store and a staple hardware store in the community.

So this was going to be 5 stars, I got it down to 1 stars for this reason. I had ordered a smokeless fire pit 7/18/25. I went physical into menards and ordered a smokeless firepit Ozark set. I had received the stones a few days later for the delivery. I was told the metal 28inch insert would be ordered and received at menards on 9/3/25 I would get an email, text or call when it arrived there for me to pick it up. Its currently 9/24/25 and have not received no contact for this pick up. I called and was told by some lady that the manager is on break and would call me back in 5 minutes. I had waited about 30 and called again myself, upon answering he said that he was about to call me back. (I do not believe this) He asked for the SKU # I had given it. He went to the back and said he cant fin

We bought 2 closet setups. Salesman was exrtemely knowledgeable,had approate sugestions and patient with us. We spent over $5,000 and are looking forward to our new closets.
