Be careful doing business with this company because if their products are not in working order they will not issue full refunds. My husband bought a treadmill advertised as new and in the box. Got it home and it didn’t work. Did some troubleshooting and figured out it was the top console. This company gave a partial refund of $250 based off a screen replacement price that was not for our treadmill year. The screen replacement for the year that we purchased is $659. So now we are out $590 and have a treadmill sitting in our garage that doesn’t work. I told seller I would be satisfied with a total refund of $500 (we’d still be out several hundred dollars). Seller quit responding. Will be contacting our attorney for a civil suit.

Excellent experience working with Ron. Extremely professional and polite. It was an out of state sale but he ensured constant communication with pictures, videos etc. All the appliances were delivered the next day ! Would definitely recommend him for all your high end appliance needs
