I had an EMERGENCY!!! I had no heat and no one in town could help me. I needed a very specific part for my old furnace….no one could get it and no one wanted to fix it. 2 weeks I messed around trying to get this fixed with no dice. I FINALLY called Matt Evans and BOOM…..those AIS guys performed some sort of miracle and I had the part before 9am the next morning! It was like pushing the easy button. On top of it all this late on a FRIDAY!!!! I had the part 9am Saturday. My family and I very grateful!!!!

10/10 service all around. From the people answering the phone all the way down to the techs themselves. We’ve received nothing but great service. Techs are always kind and do a great job explaining everything they need to fix. They always arrive in a timely manner and do a great job at communicating. My techs today were Laiden and Josh, but all of them have been amazing! I can’t recommend this company enough!

Will never use this company again for service. Charge me $600 for not fixing my tea urn. I’m back to square 1 plus down $600 for nothing, what a rip off, everything with these people is money money money

The two stars go to the very helpful woman who answers the phone. If their whole company functions as she did it wouldn't be a question who we'd use. Multiple trips for the same issue with continued billing for each visit.. one tech even said our Lloyd about another work "what the hell did he do? He didn't even install it right." But guess who has two thumbs and was booked twice 👍🏻😃👍🏻

I manage and operate a business in Hollidaysburg, Pa called Boro Coffee Co. We've had Melvin in to do multiple repairs, including when he was at a previous company. When he called to tell us he had started at AIS and was going to be closer we were thrilled! He is friendly but also very knowledge on all equipment and quick to give you excellent results! He is super great at communicating to let you know what hours work with your business. Wed follow Melvin anywhere. Thanks again for the great work!
