DO NOT BUY from this seller. The wood this seller is selling not even worth of $1 per sqft. I ordered last year for my house. I received the wood after 10 weeks. My installer looked at and said it has lot of gaps, uneven width and thickness. I reached out to the owner and he said that it is very common( he already knows it ) and convinced me that to use his own installer. One of his installer refused to install and other one just ripped me off with his price. I did not have any choice other than going with his pricy installer. Even with his installer, I see lot of gaps and uneven floor every where in my house. The seller stopped responding to messages. CONTACT ME IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE THE FLOOR BEFORE BUYING. I am happy to save you from this business . Spent 25K and living with this fault
