Worked with Gunnar on getting new carpet installed in my rental home. He was a great communicator and got me the exact carpet I was looking for without ever having to go to the show room. I will only be working with him in the future! A great experience

Jamie and his crew did a new tile shower for us and it was done on time as they said it would be and the job looked perfect when they were done. Couldn’t be more happy with the work they did.

We just had stair carpeting and LVP flooring installed and could not be more pleased with the results. Gunter helped with the selection and the installer, James, is an absolute perfectionist. He worked several days on the project and it is perfect in every way. Highly recommend!

I'm getting close to being done with new construction and, so far, my interactions and experiences with Al Barnes Carpets has been great. Gunnar and Nicole have been extraordinarily helpful and patient with my making selections, including the process of changing my mind. Material delivery (to the extent it's been in their control) and installation has been on time and done very well. Up to now, I'm very happy with everything and am confident the rest of their service and work on my project will result in the same. Highly recommend.

We picked what we wanted and they were going to go and measure. We had to call back and they said they would measure in a day or two but they sent a contract and we signed it and sent it back. Did not hear from them so I called in a couple of weeks and they stated that they had received the contract. They then said they would let us know everything by the next week. I waited for seven weeks and I sent them an email to just cancel the contract. Never heard anything back. Hey, if you do not hear from them in maybe two to six weeks just forget about it, I think they have. They seem to be very nice folks but they just do not get back to you.
