Cedar Point Flooring did an outstanding job installing our new first-floor flooring. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted—Brazilian Amendoim 3/4". Finding this specific flooring wasn’t easy, but they worked hard to make it happen! Edgar and the crew were friendly, hardworking, and punctual, finishing the project on time as promised. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they left everything clean and in perfect condition. The floors look absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Being new to town, we were excited to get new flooring installed in our home and scheduled an appointment for measurements and an estimate. Not only did the company fail to show up we gave them a benefit of a doubt an hour past the scheduled time but after numerous attempts to follow up and or reschedule, our calls were ignored and ultimately blocked. This is beyond unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. If this is how they treat potential customers before a project even begins, I can only imagine how poorly they would handle the job itself. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful service.

Did an amazing job refinishing our 100 year old pine plank floors. Decided to go with just a matte clear sealant, per Mr Bautista's suggestion, and it was an excellent decision. He was very prompt in giving an estimate, same day as when we called. We explained we had a tight time line, due to countertops and Painters coming in also, and he was able to fit us in that weekend! So happy with the results in our kitchen and dining room. Would definitely recommend.

I went in looking for a small piece of carpet to match what I already have in a bedroom. My dog managed to tear a couple of holes in the carpet. She showed me several pieces that were close to the fibers I had with me. I just needed a square to repair the 2 small holes. She took her time helping me match it. When I found something she gave me the square I needed at no charge. I was able to make the repair for free. I even stopped back by their store to let her know. Thank you so much for her time and the square off a large roll.

Had a small area that needed flooring. Called and spoke with a very nice young lady who knew exactly what I needed. The owner was exceptional and precise in accommodating my needs. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Cedar Point Flooring!
