I love working with EHI, they have what I need when I need it and the ladies in the front are an absolute pleasure to talk to.
I ordered screens for a new condo and the screen for the sliding glass door did not fit. I have been trying for over six months to get a corrected door sent or refund. Sales rep has promised many many many many, many times to help me. The builder has called them to try to get me help. I have requested help online, and I have left messages. I’m not sure which location was in charge of the Screens, but the condo is in Cedar point. I am currently remodeling my home on Emerald Isle and refused to buy anything from this company due to poor customer service. Another supplier in Morehead city has been awesome to work with, and they stand behind everything they sell. UPDATE: I received my refund and was treated very professionally and efficiently. Everything is fine now.
Always a great vendor for me.
