1 day turnaround from calling which really calmed my anxiety about the mess on my carpet! Fantastic job cleaning up a really bad chocolate stain that I had made worse with my efforts! I really appreciate the offer of follow up if needed and future assistance because it makes the customer feel like they're not just an invoice.

Spot check was amazing! Cleaned our carpets very well and got all stains out and did it very quick but thorough. Left the carpets smelling clean as well. We love the results and highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning! Professional, highly responsive and affordable.

Spot Check came out to clean the carpets at my father's house. These are 27 year old carpets and I honestly did not have high expectations, so I was incredibly pleased to see how great they looked when he was done! I live in another state and it gives me immense comfort to know that there is someone I trust who can do this service for my dad. Jerry was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and just an all-around nice guy. My dad, who has high standards, even remarked how hard a worker that Jerry is and said that this was the best job that anyone had ever done.

Jerry was amazingly polite and professional. Honestly, I doubted any carpet cleaner could clean certain areas in my house, but Jerry came in with full confidence and a sense of pride in his work, and I see why! He was amazingly fair on the price and he even gave us tips on other things I should look for when moving out. I’ve never done business with anyone who had as much pride in what they do as him. I have used other carpet cleaning companies, but Spot Check did the best job hands down! Not only did Jerry do great work, he has the education and experience to know what can and cannot be used on different surfaces. Very professional service. I will definitely use Spot Check from now on!
