Alluring Floors

I absolutely enjoyed my experience and the final product with Alluring floors. Four days after signing the contract, I had brand new floors. Trustworthy, patient, professional and transparent staff/experience. After four months of looking, I am pleased with the outcome. Attached are before and after pics.

I had an excellent experience with Alluring Floors. Yazmin, our hardwood floor specialist, provided the quote and guided me through every step of the process. We scheduled the work and the crew arrived right on time. Throughout the entire project, they consistently kept us updated, checked in with me for customization decisions, and made sure there were absolutely no surprises. The workers were polite, professional, and very considerate, even warning me that the machines would be loud. They discovered some dark staining that could not be removed through sanding, so they replaced a few planks. The work was flawless and you can barely tell where the pieces were replaced. Had a wonderful experience with Alluring floors. We had our hardwood floors refinished as well as new flooring installed in kitchen. They did a beautiful job. Yazmin was amazing and had great communication including daily updates with photos. She was a joy to work with. Would highly recommend.
