The Cleaning Authority - Silver Spring

Very disappointed with this visit. Cleaners rushed through house and missed key areas. None of the trashcans in bedrooms and bathrooms were emptied; tub and floor in masterbath not cleaned thoroughly; automatic soap dispenser knocked over and left on floor with batteries scattered. This experience deviates from other cleanings and I tip them through Zelle. But unfortunately, not this time.

Team 5 (Hortencia, Estebana and Silvia) are amazing!! These wonderful women gave my home a much-needed refresh as we head into the winter moths. I'm signed up for monthly visits and always look forward to seeing The Cleaning Authority staff at my front door!

Crews are always efficient, thorough, and mindful of my home and my belongings. Everything is cleaner than it has been in years. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a different team yesterday because I was rescheduled due to the weather the week before. I can’t tell you their names because they did not sign their names on the service form. They were efficient and I very much liked the fact that they vacuumed with the nozzle in areas on the floor that the upright vacuum could not maneuver.

I was extremely disappointed with this cleaning service. My family and I moved into a new construction condo and needed a deep clean before moving in. After seeing the great reviews, I decided to give this company a try. When scheduling, I explained exactly what I needed, and Ana informed me that they charge per hour, estimating 2–4 hours. I agreed. On the day of the cleaning, I let the team in, as I hadn’t moved in yet. However, after reviewing my security camera footage, I noticed that the two cleaners spent a significant amount of time on their phones and chatting. While I wouldn’t normally mind that, the real issue was the lack of actual cleaning. After two hours, all they seemed to have done was vacuum.
