I’ve been a customer of Burtonsville Fuel Co. for years for heating oil delivery and boiler tune-ups, and they’ve been great to work with. I originally switched from Petro because of some questionable sales tactics, and the difference has been night and day. Burtonsville has always been honest, straightforward, and never tries to sell me anything I don’t need. Pricing is clear, communication is solid, and they always set the right expectations on delivery timing. Most recently, I needed my hot water heater replaced. They came by to take a look, sent me a fair quote the same day, and got me on the schedule for the following week. The install went smoothly. The techs were prepared, courteous, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Top-notch service. Easy to recommend.

I love this company. Their office and the service people are the best. Years ago. Burtonsville was highly recommended to me by a friend and I wish I had known about them a lot sooner. They repaired my air-coditioner several years back which my old company said needed replacement and all it needed was a $25 part! This morning I called them when they opened as my oil burner was not working efficiently, the house was cold and it sound like water was gushing htrough the heating pipes. My oil usage for 30 days was more than 3/4 the normal amount I usually used. Jeff and Matt showed up a half hour after my call, diagnosed the problem and bled the air out of the pipes. Burtonsville Fuel has rescued me once again! The team is always helpful and responsive. I've learned a few things as their customer and I appreciate them always from receptionist to driver/filler.

We bought a home and the previous owner used this service so we tried them as well. When our furnace stopped working they charged $180 just to come out and tell us we needed more oil and the gauge was stuck that’s why it showed full. Did not service the unit in any way, did not fix the gauge. Then they quoted $4.10/gal. We’ve been calling around for other companies and they all said they would not have charged for that service call and their quotes $3.30/gal. A significant difference. They knew we were new owners and saw an opportunity to take advantage.

Wonderful Our tank was out of oil since Saturday and could not get oil delivered from anyone else! Burtonsville Oil was able to deliver very next morning after we called them! Excellent service 4 th generation family owned! Excellent prices! Very honest and keep their word! Highly recommended them!
