Once the assessment was completed and the area was dried out, I was approved to have my entire downstairs flooring to be replaced. Rossel Ramos, who was the Project Supervisor, contacted me to look at the damage and showed me flooring samples. Because the damaged tile in the kitchen was the same tile throughout my entire downstairs, he negotiated with my insurance company to have the entire downstairs redone. The project manager kept the repairs moving quickly with a crew at the house almost every day. Plus, he kept us informed of each stage of repair and when the crew would be arriving the next day. Apollo construction came in to do some water mitigation after we had a plumbing issue upstairs that affected the ceiling downstairs. Fernando and Denis came in and did great work. They arrived promptly, put down product to protect our floors and furnishings, and sealed off the work area. They did the removal of drywall and cleaned up the mess from the dust and then set up the dehumidifier. It will be a multi-day process until it’s done as we have to wait for things to dry out. Everything looks great so far and can’t wait for the rest to be completed.
