Chase Remodeling

I have signed a contract with Chase Remodeling for a total remodel of my kitchen and main floor. The materials have been ordered but the construction hasn’t begun. In preparation for the new kitchen, I ordered new appliances, including a new, very large refrigerator. The delivery arrived and the delivery men could not fit it through any of my doors. They told me they had 25 other deliveries and left. In a panic, I called Bob Chase and asked if he had any advice about how I could get it into the house. Without hesitation, he offered to send a couple of his guys over to help get the new refrigerator into the house. He assured me, “one way or another, we’ll get it in there.” His guys arrived and worked for hours until the new refrigerator was safely in the kitchen. They were patient, kind, an

Chase was referred to us by a neighbor that has had numerous house improvement projects done by them over the years - we are really glad they did! We had a new concrete pad, roof extension, and pergola added along the rear of the house, as well as shingle replacement. We are very pleased with the results - high quality, very well constructed and we were pleased with Bob and Derek's responsiveness to our questions and requests.

We had our basement bathroom remodeled by Bob Chase and his crew. Everyone was very professional and did a wonderful job. The tile work is excellent! Everyone that came to the house really helped to make our old bathroom look amazing, each person specializing in a specific job. Both my husband and myself are extremely happy with the transformation. We really love our new bathroom. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make it perfect. We have been using Chase Remodeling for 6 years now. They did a driveway with a nice french drain, couple of bathrooms, and we are looking to do a kitchen expansion. But I gotta say the deck they did was the bomb. Most of the houses in the neighborhood have the same deck off the master bedroom. With no access to the backyard or first floor it makes them less than useless. We worked with Bob Chase and came up with a cool multilevel design that makes it accessible to the back yard. Now we use it all the time - and the dogs love it. These guys are good. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough - and no surprises. .
