Alpha came highly recommended by a friend when our furnace went out. Right from the start Russ and Kim were easy to communicate with and Russ came out quickly to assess the situation. My husband and I were impressed by Russ' knowledge & honesty. He gave us choices on whether we wanted to repair our current unit and discussed which furnaces would fit our home needs and our budget should we choose to replace. His price was reasonable and ultimately we chose for Russ to replace our furnace. He did a great job, was prompt, and we were impressed by his communication. Definitely recommend!

I had company over & we noticed my furnace was blowing cold air & cycling on & off. After trying to troubleshoot with the furnace & the Nest thermostat i decides to call my usual HVAC company. Yes, it was a very cold & busy weekend so after 3 messages & 5 hours of not hearing back i tried 2 other companies for assistance. Neither of them could help either. We found Alpha online & tried them. Not only did Kim call back within 10 minutes but she sent Russ out within the house at 10pm to help us. Russ was not only honest about the issue but very helpful in making us feel comfortable about our decisions and how to get the heat turned back on and moving forward. Totally worth the money, loved all of the help from them & would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for HVAC help.

Alpha Heating & Cooling recently serviced our furnace and also replaced the April-aire water panel. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our technician, Adam, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, and our system is running well. Great customer service, honest recommendations, and fair pricing. We’ll definitely be using them again for our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended.

We saw there sign in town. We called and from the the moment they answered we knew this would be a great company. Awesome customer service, great explanations and interaction. We dicided on a whole new heating and A/C package. Never Cheap but well within our expected price range. Many options to choose from to fit your needs. I even got a Veteran discount! The 10 year warrenty is great as well. This new system is incredible! The house stays at a constant temperature and we can't even tell it's on!
