Herr Septic & Sewer

Just want to leave a 5 star review for Chris B at Herr Septic. We just had a clog just as the pipe enters the septic mound. Due to a weather emergency, the trucks couldn't get out immediately. However, Chris walked my husband thru the steps to fix via phone and text. Chris took the time to find our septic permit from 20 years ago (installed by someone else long gone) so we could find a buried pipe. It was exactly where Chris told us it would be - see red flags in pics attached. Once we opened that, Chris walked us thru the easy steps to unclog the pipe (baffle) entering the tank. Problem solved, and we now have the skills to fix again should we need to! Thanks Chris, you were really awesome and we can't thank you enough!

During an inspection Herr personnel discovered a crack in one of the tanks. Within 4 working days they replaced both tanks, put in new equipment and we were back up without skipping a beat. This group is very knowledgeable , each team member was very competent and approachable. For most people (like me) that don’t know much about these systems- they made it very easy to follow. I really like it when a contractor comes through for us. Very well done Todd, Kelly and the team.

Called Herr on A Saturday since my septic alarm system went off Friday night. Got their after hours number. Was put in contact with Chris who walked me through all the steps to troubleshoot the issue. Chris was extremely thorough and patient. He explained the what and why of what we did as well as what to expect. Chris provided the best customer service I have had in years! He was awesome!

We recently had to put in a new septic system due to the age of our original septic. From start to finish Herr did a wonderful job. Todd was great to work with. He made sure every question we had was answered and he was extremely knowledgeable. He met with us several times and it was clear that Herr stood out far beyond many other companies that we enquired with. I would highly recommend Herr.

We bought our home in 2021 and needed to have our septic tank abandoned and a holding tank put in. Being first time home owners, this was all new to us. Todd was very professional and helpful throughout the whole installation. Kelly also helped us through the documentation/permit process and made it easy for us to relax knowing things were getting taken care of. It’s been two years and counting since we started using Herr Corp for our pumping needs and every single time the alarm goes off, I am able to text Kelly and she responds right away with getting a truck out to service us. From start to finish, everything has been great and Kelly is so responsive/friendly!
