Cabinet Lady & Co recently finished a kitchen/dining room/family room remodel in my 1970’s home. The design included removing a wall to open space between the dining room and kitchen, and then taking the old kitchen down to the studs to start from scratch. My goals were to lighten the space, make it feel very comfortable, and be highly functional for my family of 5. Rachel created a wonderful space that met and surpassed all of our needs! She is friendly, patient, responsive, and above all very skilled in design and customer service. All of which are hard to find nowadays! I highly recommend Cabinet Lady & Co. and will absolutely use them again when I get to my laundry room and bathrooms!

Don’t go anywhere else! Rachel is the consummate professional in every aspect of the business. The workmanship and quality of our Amish hand-built cabinets is very impressive. From the initial design through picking the right finish, counters and hardware to installation, her attention to detail, professionalism, and follow through was superb. Although we only had a small wet bar added to our home we were treated as the most important customer. Rachel has truly earned the title as “The Cabinet Lady.”

Five starts does not do justice to the experience with Rachel. I have worked with several designers over the years and I have never had someone listen to me. I was repeatedly told what I needed and what I should want. She was the first person who truly listened and I cannot express that enough. I can't say that I even knew exactly what I wanted but she listened to everything I had to say and asked all the right questions and the end result is something amazing and beyond my wildest imagination. She figured out my design style and needs and it was beyond what I could even begin to articulate. She works to perfection and expects nothing less than that for her clients. Rachel invested a lot of time in our project before we even signed the contract! She listened to our time lines, budget and concerns regarding suppliers and labor. Rachel did not try to sugarcoat anything and shared her business issues with us so there were no questions going forward.Her relationships with vendors and installers is excellent resulting in a fantastic finished project. Rachel does not try to convince you to do more than you can but does her best to help you do what you can! She has kept us informed good or bad..no surprises or just hearing NOTHING!! Rachel did an amazing job connecting with us and helping us design the kitchen we wanted but didn’t know where to start. She gives amazing suggestions but doesn’t make the customer feel pressured. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen!!!
