Scheduled two separate projects with The Flooring Company after reading through all the 5 star reviews and ready to share our own experience. Aaron redid our bathroom floor in just two days over a weekend and the results are beyond beautiful. He is a true craftsman and professional. Aaron communicated with clarity and was ready to tackle whatever surprises were under the sub floor. He offered helpful suggestions along the way and created an interesting pattern with the ceramic tile we chose. He used a complementary grout and great spacing that made this finished flooring project perfect for us.

We recently had The Flooring Company complete our staircase and our entire upstairs, including the hallway and four bedrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic to work with. The team is not only professional and skilled, but also incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and our new wood floors turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We find ourselves smiling every time we walk through the space. These folks are the best ever. I'd held off having my 110 year old floors refinished for way way too long, worried about the cost and the value of having them refinished. Now I wish I'd have had them refinished a long time ago! Jeremy, Aaron, Bob, Drew, are the best. They are friendly, kind, respectful of your house beyond measure, efficient, and professional. They tell you how long it's going to take, what the process is about, and what to expect. This is a not a "sand and coat" DIY sort of thing. They look after ever inch of your wood floor, right into the corner, every bit. I had several quotes, and these folks were the most economical as well. BEST EVER!

Shame on me ... I built my house 17 years ago and never refinished my floors and steps in that time. Needless to say, my maple wood needed LOADS of attention ... and I hired the right company to do it! From the first to last interaction, Bob was professional and reliable. The crew, Jeremy and Aaron, were incredibly meticulous, polite and communicated clearly with me on every detail ... and my house required a lot of attention to detail! Our cantilever steps are wrapped maple connected to a metal staircase frame. The crew's attention to "extra" masking meant there were no scuffs on the metal after the work was done. The flooring company did an amazing job refinishing my entire house. I initially wanted a buff and coat, but after taking out the carpet in the living room, we saw that the hardwood floors had big patches of white paint on them that wouldn’t come off with the buffer. Bob and his son were able to adapt quickly and turned a buff and coat job into a complete refinishing the next day. Very happy with the floors, definitely recommend!
