Giovanni was great! Very professional and efficient worker. He got me a same day appointment and took care of my carpets that haven’t been touched in about 3 years . Removed a lot of the stains and had my carpets looking brand new again. I definitely recommend him and will be using his services from now on

My wife and I scheduled a cleaning for our suede sectional sofa and loveseat. Upon arrival, we were quoted $475 (one-fourth the cost of a new sofa and loveseat) for a deep clean, which would take approximately an hour to complete. The price was beyond our budget. Therefore, they offered us a ‘steam clean’ option for $325 for both the sofa and loveseat, which was still expensive. We ultimately decided to only have the sectional sofa cleaned for $175. For reference our sofa did not have any deep stains, just short dog hair and normal dirt/ dust from everyday usage. The cleaners took 45 minutes to steam clean sectional sofa. Both Giovanni and Milo came to clean my carpet and my sofa today. They were clean, professional, and courteous. My main concern was a sofa cushion that was stained, and it had started to look worn out. Giovanni worked on my sofa and removed all the dirt (I was able to see the dirt, as it was suctioned out with water and a soap solution). After the final cleaning and brushing, the sofa did look back to new. Milo worked on my area rug. He concentrated on the area that was soiled from a spill. The entire rug was left smelling clean and brushed. Overall, the process did not take too much of my time and they were very efficient. Walter and Giovanni are amazing!!! They took a carpet that has never been cleaned an made it look practically brand new. The carpet wasn’t overly saturated with water which made me happy. I highly recommend.
