We are beyond impressed with Nico and the services provided through Empire Exterminators. I called after 8pm to inquire about services- due to spotting a very unwelcome guest. Nico answered my call and was at our apartment in under 30 minutes! He was professional and thorough. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. In addition, he made sure the services he provided were safe for our toddler. He had everything under control in an hour. The price was reasonable too. I truly can not say enough positive things about our experience. I’ll recommend to everyone!

They were great! Good communication, showed up on time, stayed for as long as was needed. So far we’ve only had the first spray + gel and haven’t had any issues since… Thank you!

Nico was fantastic. We use him now for our regular seasonal prevention and he is always very quick to respond, available at the drop of a hat, extremely professional and above all it’s keeping bugs away. Highly recommended for either one time issues or recurring prevention for all different types of bug extermination.

Updated 2024: I am updating this review in 2024 to say that 4 years later and still not a single mouse has entered our apartment. These guys are legit and the best exterminators we have ever dealt with. If you have a rodent situation, I can say without a shadow of a doubt you will love the results of their services. They are quick, and easy to talk to, and they do a great job. 4 years of great service. Had rodent problems in the apartment we live in for years, and had many exterminators come all of them ended up failing at stopping the rodents from coming in.
