The Domestic Air Team was communicative, responsive, and did the work well. They generally perform work within the confines of my building, but I was glad to see this was the partnership we have - given what they were able to do for me. Special shoutout to Nick, who was super helpful throughout the process of getting the units checked on and then having to get one replaced.

They have an account with my building, so I have used them for years. They are always straightforward and will tell you if the issue is worth a repair or getting a new machine. I recently had my a/c fail right before having surgery, and they were able to fix it and get my a/c back quickly, which was incredibly kind.

Working with Nick and Domestic Air Conditioning Service was a truly refreshing experience compared to my previous encounters with other HVAC companies. From my very first call, Nick took the time to carefully listen to my HVAC issue and reviewed the photos I sent him. Rather than immediately scheduling a paid technician visit, he thoughtfully suggested some simple troubleshooting steps I could try myself, to potentially save me the cost of a service call and narrow down the cause of the problem. That level of integrity is rare in the service industry. Although later on my HVAC issue still required a technician’s visit, the ongoing support and care from Nick and his team throughout the process is exceptional. Sending my appreciation and thanks to Fred, Paul, & Sal for all their help, in what started as a refrigerator repair and ended in locating a new refrigerator for replacement. Highly recommend Domestic. Have been using them for years in the buildings I’ve worked in. Techs are always knowledgeable and helpful in explaining any issue. Mary in the office is fantastic and Joe, Fred and Nick are always generous with their time and happy to troubleshoot and explain any mechanical problems that may arise. Great family company and highly recommend them.
