These guys are amazing. From the beginning right to the very end. Phil was thorough and right to the point, recommended a small detail to our runner that really made a huge difference in the final look. Patricio and his help were a real pleasure to work with, real gentleman. Very professional group with phenomenal customer service. They won’t disappoint.

We are so happy with our new carpet in our stairwell. The installation team was professional, on time, and very respectful of our home. They worked quickly, paid attention to every detail, and cleaned up when they were finished. The carpet looks beautiful, feels amazing, and instantly made our space look fresh and updated.

Bay Carpet is wonderful at what they do. Everyone from Joan to Karina to Phil to Alex and his crew (and many others!) were courteous and professional. The quality of the work itself was done quickly, neatly, and superbly! They also finished a day earlier than expected. Overall would recommend 👍🏼

Phil came to my home and showed me samples. He measured and priced it out. The next day, 4 workers came exactly 9am. They ripped the existing carpet and replaced it perfectly. Very nice and neat workers. Highly recommend Bay Carpet.
