Deep cleaning service was perfect, dust cleared from the hardest to reach places! I let the lady at my apartment cleaning and left for the day, best feeling in the world to come back to a spotless house knowing you can trust those working in it!

The housekeepers do a good job. They work hard and fast, are friendly and polite, and the price for their service is very fair. I like their online booking system. HOWEVER, I think the dispatch overbooks the housekeepers because, twice now, they have arrived more than ninety minutes late. I received no notification that she/they would be late, and no communication about the situation until I emailed their info@ email address asking if the housekeeper was even coming. The response said. "Yes. I'm sorry. She is on the way." and she still took thirty minutes more to arrive. This is an area for improvement. It's certainly poor customer service, is very inconvenient for the client (I had to reschedule a medical appointment!) and not fair to the housekeeper either.
