Needed emergency service on our furnace as we woke up to no heat! Called 3 other reputable companies that promote 24hr emergency service. 1 never answered their phone, and the other 2 were merely am answering service, and said someone will contact me after 8am! This was at 5:30am! A friend of mine has used American Comfort Services a few times and gave me his recommendation and their contact info. Not only did they answer their own phone (no mssg service), they dispatched a technician right away and I was back up and running by 9am!! He was courteous, informative, and paid attention to not tracking snow and water on our floors. Thank You American Comfort! You are now on my speed dial!!
