I highly recommend Comfort Cavalry. They were able to send out a technician within 1 hour when we had to make an emergency call. Stephen returned the next day to fix our furnace. He was timely, thorough, and professional throughout the whole process.

Our heating system decided that Christmas would be a great time to stop working. Comfort Cavalry was very responsive on Christmas day and the following days and got me up and going with a new furnace, ac unit and whole house humidifier. Everyone was friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with.

From the very beginning when I called to setup service I was immediately impressed. Professional and kind and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Kaleb and Omar showed up early, explained the process and continued to make sure I was informed of everything they were doing (duct cleaning service). They were kind, professional and did an excellent job- they even took extra care to make sure my pets didn't get too scared when they had to work around them. Thank you for a wonderful job!

Connor and Kevin installed our new hot water heater on Monday after I made an emergency call on Saturday that the old one was leaking, etc. Joe was out within a couple hours on Saturday to assess the situation after Emily had contacted him. They ordered a new hot water heater and had it installed as promised by Monday. Connor and Kevin did an amazing job and were very kind and informative. Once again, I can't say enough about the service and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly!
