There isn't enough good words to describe his services. Eric is extremely reliable. His prices can't be beaten and his work has been phenomenal. We manage apartments, single family homes and commercial spaces - Eric is our to go guy for maintenance and repairs even new installations. Even when he doesn't work on the weekends or holidays he has made a trip to assist with emergencies even late after hours calls he is always making it work. As a property Manager he makes my job easier and we are luck to have found him!!

Eric was fantastic to work with. He took his time to examine my entire house in order to provide me with all the best possible solutions to improve the efficiency of my HVAC system. Through strategic rerouting and adjustments to my vents and returns, he successfully eliminated the 15 degree temperature difference between the downstairs and upstairs areas during winter. I hired this company to clean my vents. Fantastic job! The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Eric is hardworking,honest, and trustworthy. He did a througho job and I’m happy with the results. My house feels so clean! I would recommend this company to anyone!

I strongly recommend using Siegel Heating and Air for any HVAC issues and cleaning including duct cleaning. I had a squirrel fall into my window well and removed the drain cover, got into my sump and tried to find a way out in my basement. The squirrel was able to go through my furnace and into my supply ducts then pushed his way out of my living room vent when the AC turned on. It took me 3 hours to get it out of my house but the urine and feces was found in my basement, living room and ductwork. Eric the owner of Siegel Heating and Air came out and inspected my attic, basement, furnace and outside to assist finding where the squirrel entered my house and etc. He also clean my supply line and sprayed sanitizer into the ducts ensuring there is no bacteria or parasites left behind. T
