He installed my new hot water heater, water softener, and toilet, and everything was done with incredible care, precision, and professionalism. I highly recommend Burr Oak Plumbing. I needed a toilet reinstalled after a flooring project and our new kitchen sink/faucet needed to be reinstalled after a handyman mishap. I called Burr Oak Plumbing and Peter called me back within the hour. He arrived on time and took care of all of my issues. He is professional and pricing is upfront and fair. We hired Burr Oak Plumbing initially to install a new water heater. Pete was very professional with the install and our new water heater works great. We also had him change out an old water filtration system and needed a new toilet and seal installed. Pete is very knowledgeable on all plumbing needs and provided us options for all our projects. Communication is excellent and quick to respond. Everything is working great!

Late on a Saturday afternoon we had to locate someone to help us get our water running. The switch went out on our holding tank. Put in a call to Burr Oak. Got a call back in just a few minutes and Peter was there to fix the issue in under an hour. He got the everything repaired and made sure the pressure was working correctly. So glad he could come out. I thought for sure we would have to wait until Monday. Just don’t realize how much you use water until the system is not working properly.
