This business is owned and run by some of the nicest, good-hearted folks, and that reflects in their business practices! Always fair pricing, friendly, and timely. They've provided reasonable solutions to the few problems we've had in our new home - including how we could easily fix something ourselves, once, so we could avoid having to pay for a service call. We recommend C&A to anyone who asks!

Colette & Ano were hired by our landlords to install a toilet at our business location. After a couple days we realized the toilet was no flush, and would rock back an forth. At that time, it was not leaking. We called and alerted Colette & Ano. There first concern was us paying the bill ( it was roughly a week since the toilet was installed ), which I said we would pay when the job was done right. They said they would have someone call Monday to schedule a time to look at it (it was a holiday weekend, and nothing was leaking at that time) When we came into the office after the weekend, we had water on the bathroom floor. We did not receive the call we were promised and we had to call them. They sent someone out the following morning to look at it. The plumber came out and shimmed

I had a couple of things I needed fixed and they came out on their scheduled day with a phone call before their arrival. The man that came to my house was kind and really wanted to help make things easier for me and my family. He made suggestions and went out of his way to do more than was expected. I did have a concern the next day and when I called about it, it was fixed right away by another very kind and helpful employee. I will absolutely use this company in the future and will recommend them, also.
