The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and efficient, and explained the fireplace & whole house humidifier installation process clearly. They were polite, answered all my questions, and completed a difficult installation with a good attitude. Our installation ended up being more of a chore than was initially expected but the two Zach's were flexible, creative, and did a great job. The only complaint I have is that one of them didn't know what a stegosaurus is. The sales process was also great, Lloyd is personable and knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions. Would recommend these folks if you need a stove or liner installed.

I was very pleased with quality job Tyler did on my new furnace install. He got it done in a timely manner. I could tell he takes pride in his work as well he should. The new properly sized furnace with the new hepa filter and new thermostat is quieter and work beautifully. The office manager Sue was very helpful in assisting me with the financing end of it.
