Had a service call for a leak on my water heater. The technician was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided pricing up front. He offered additional services and offered me discounts if I had the work done all at once. He kept me informed about repair. His work was clean and complete. He had issues with air in the system the system and requested assistance from another technician. He quoted me a additional repair for a part that was working before he started the work but apparently failed as they were testing everything. I did approve the repair at a discount. My only issues are 1. that a part started leaking after he was done. He hoped it would stop but if not left me a quote to fix it. Appolo has been servicing our systems all of the years we have been here. They also replaced our original furnace in 2013 with a Lennox which has been very reliable. They service our air conditioning system in the summer months. Very satisfied with their excellent and reliable service.

The Apollo technician, Sean Price, was excellent. He did a thorough job troubleshooting our problem (water leaking from our furnace) and was very efficient in resolving the problem. The temps were below zero and it was nearing midnight on a Saturday night - we called Appolo Heating, with whom we have a yearly contract, because our heater suddenly stopped working. It was rapidly getting cold inside. Our telephone call was handled quickly, and a tech called us back within 5 minutes. He came within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem which thankfully did not require a repair... just a simple problem. Having had a service contract with a local competitor for years, we compared the Saturday night emergency service to a previous emergency experience and realized there was no comparison. Appolo Heating staff were cheerful, polite, responsive and understanding. If you're looking for a good company, it's Appolo.

I set up a maintenance appointment after getting their prices via phone call. They were booking about a month out which was no big deal, it wasn't an emergency. I got a call the business day before the appointment just to confim. The woman explained payment for the "agreement" was due on arrival. The word agreement threw me as that was never mentioned before. She explained the amount I was quoted, and would be paying, was for an annual agreement. I never agreed to anything. At no point prior to this moment was this ever declared as an agreement. I asked for the one-time maintenance fee cost, which wasn't going to break the bank, but I canceled the appointment nonetheless. How am I to trust a company that can't even manage transparency/disclosure from the start?
