Evans Plumbing and Heating's customer service and response time is EXCELLENT! I had been without water since Friday during freezing temperatures & waiting for the Village of Endicott Water Department & two other Plumbing servicesto get back to me When I finally was able to speak to someone at the Water Department they told me I should call a plumber. Considering neither of the two other plumbers I left messages for had not returned my calls, I called Evans Plumbinh & Heating. The had a plumber here within an hour. Jake arrived in less than an hour, I explained the problem, he went straight to work,10 minutes later Jake informed me the water meter was frozen, easy problem to fix, went back to work. I had a service technician, Josh & Gabe come to my house today, and i couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. They were professional, courteous & efficient ,the quality of the work was excellent and it was clear they really cared about doing the job right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. A friend recommended Evans and I'm so happy we went with them! I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, they called to give me a heads up and make sure I was going to be home when they were on their way, Jake was wonderful and gave me some great advice to make our fix as cost effective as possible and he came back a few days later to replace our sink! He was friendly, professional, knowledgable and even spent time to clean up before he left. One small detail I really appreciated was how he put on shoe covers both times he was here. Definitely would recommend and definitely will use Evans again if we have any plumbing needs!

I was told the Evans replaced the boiler in my house while my niece was house-sitting back in 21/22. I emailed Evans twice online and then wrote a letter, to see if they had replaced it. Because I have no information on the boiler. Niece moved out and didn't leave anything. No receipt, warranty or manual. Evans has ignored my requests. It's simple. Did they install it or not. If it wasn't their company, then I'm sorry and was told the wrong information. I contacted NYS Consumer help line. Then someone from Evans contacted me, he said they didn't have any work listed under my name. I told him my niece was living here. But he didn't give me any information. On October 9th, Evans emailed, stating that the boiler was replaced but listed under my niece's name. Evans emailed me a copy of the rec

Great people! Owner has taken care of me like family more than once I’ve had emergency’s with heat issues and if a tech wasn’t sent out immediately the owner himself would come out to service equipment. This company has saved me from freezing twice.
