The Gates Grage Dorr Company located in Endicott NY is very reliable business. The garage door was installed on schedule, smoothly. They were easy to be reached with any questions and concerns on my side. The door looks amazing and works great with opening/closing system that was installed with it. Had a problem with my garage door opener, door would not go up when the wall button was pushed just made a buzzing sound. Called Gates. They returned my call, told me of different scenarios that it may be and prices of each. They were really helpful and explained all. They had someone here in early afternoon the same day. The man came did the job in a timely fashion and he answered all my questions. No one tried to pressure me into buying anything I did not need. Gates is the only outfit that I will deal with. Gates was brought in by another contractor to do our garage doors. They have been the only good part of this whole experience. While they were only giving so much to work with since the GC who subcontracted them could not keep his timeline straight nor his story straight, Gates overcame these constant problems that were thrown in their way and put in beautiful garage doors. If I had a question they are there to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My garage door spring broke. I called Gates and they gave me an honest true quote over the phone. I made one appt but my brother's motorcycle was in the way. Rescheduled for tomorrow Wednesday November 8th. The technician came 2 days early on Monday the 6th. Took him about 30 minutes and left the bill which was lower than I expected.
