Amazing experience. If we ever need another home inspection, Jamie will be our go to person. He was extremely detailed and thorough, and even brought an electrical engineer from NYSEG to address some electrical concerns we had with the house. The inspection report was very easy to read and navigate through, with plenty of photos that clearly illustrated any issues he noted. This made it much easier to understand exactly what he was referring to and gave us a better understanding of what needs work and peace of mind for what does not.

We hired Pinnacle for a home inspection, and then rehired them for a re-inspection after the homeowner did repairs. They also performed a wood eating organism inspection, as well as a radon level inspection. We had an exceptional experience with them. From start to finish, Jamie was prompt, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable.
