Hello! I just wanted to pass along my thanks and appreciation for the work your team member Daniel did to get our heating system back up and running this weekend. We called last Sunday, one of the coldest Florida days in the last 15 years, after waking up to an outside temp of 30 degrees, interior temps in the 50s, and a non-functioning heating system. Within a couple of hours, Daniel arrived, did some troubleshooting, and isolated the problem. He got us back up and running, then scheduled a return visit to close the loop and install a new thermostat.
