I had a clogged toilet, and had tried using a regular plunger with NO success, as well as few other ideas. Couldn’t find anything at Walmart or Home Depot. Decided to try AP HVAC AND PLUMBING SUPPLIES. Walked in and explained to Paul what the problem was , what I tried to do, and what was happening. He suggested a toilet clearing tool, I asked about a snake, he explained why this is better. It took 5 minutes. Worked like a charm. Paul is a retired plumber with 40 years experience. Knows his stuff backwards and forwards , and equally importantly is a very caring person. (I watched as he spoke with another customer.) price was very good also. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This was on a Sunday, which saved me hundreds of dollars on an emergency service call. ChatGPT helped me troubleshoot the issue, and Charles came through with the exact part I needed. Now I have heat with temperatures dropping into the single digits tonight. Truly appreciate the fast, reliable service!

Fantastic service. Had to get parts for our boiler in a rush just before closing. I got a call back promptly confirm parts were in stock for our model and got super fast and really nice service when I got to store. Having a supply store that is open to 6pm was a huge help but will gladly return anytime we need parts.

AP HVAC located in Rockland Center toward the back is slightly hidden from the rest of the shops but a great place to shop. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a zone valve I needed to replace and was able to find it here. Thank you for the help Highly recommend!
