Allan's team did a great job. We have a large victorian with lots of details and we used 5 colors. Their prep work was terrific: power washed, scraped, sanded, etc. They fixed stuff that needed to be fixed (rotted sills, loose boards). They painted very well. And cleaned up nicely as well. I made a couple of requests during the job and they did those too ... for which Allan added a very reasonable extra charge. When the time comes, years and years in the future, I'll call upon Allan Mandelbaum CertaPro again.

Was only having deck done but after estimate came back I did both house and deck. Alan was very detailed in estimate. There were no surprises and everything came out perfect. His staff were professional, on time, courteous and clean. After job was completed it looked like no one was there. Any issues or requests were handled without problems. Alan and his team just finished their second big project for us in the last five years. They painted the exterior and trim of our house. The entire process could not have gone better!
