I am submitting this review to express our satisfaction with Leader Carpet in Nanuet NY. Everyone from the Sales Professionals Mike, John and Linda to the Installation Manager Gary showed exemplary customer service. The installers Mario and his team did a superb job installing our carpet. They paid attention to every little detail. They were very careful in moving and putting back our furniture. They also made sure that all areas were cleaned before they left. My husband and I were very pleased with their work. We highly recommend Leader Carpet.

I wish that I could give Leader Carpet Hardwood and Tile 10 stars! We recently had them install LVP in our 2 bedrooms and closets and in our kitchen. It was found that after the kitchen flooring was installed, that it was defective. Gary came over the very next day and confirmed that it was in fact a defective shipment and reassured me that he would make it right and he did. I went and picked out new flooring and it was installed. The flooring in all 3 rooms looks absolutely stunning. His team of installers did a magnificent job and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. His team were professional, respectful and cleaned up everything beautifully. They were extremely careful with moving the furniture in the 2 bedrooms while removing the old carpeting and installing the new floori

Leader Carpet is amazing! They did such a wonderful job installing the softest carpet I have ever felt! When we went to the store in Nanuet we were welcomed by John and he told us everything we needed to know about our projects and the different selections they had. Their prices were also the best we found anywhere and the best quality as well!
