I have to say from the time I walked in the door till purchase everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I just had left over tiles that were returned and still the same customer service. I will definitely be back.

We had an excellent experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Chris, who truly went above and beyond to help us with a large marble tile purchase for our bathroom renovation. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He took the time to help us thoughtfully match marble colors, select the right bullnose and decorative trim, and offered expert advice that gave us complete confidence in our choices. He also helped us choose the best sealant to properly protect our investment and the perfect grout for our contractor to use—details that made a huge difference in the overall project. What really stood out was his willingness to help in every way possible. He personally brought our multiple flat carts loaded with heavy marble tiles to the front of the store

I had an outstanding experience at the Floor & Decor in Nanuet thanks to an amazing employee, Chris Campbell. I came in right before closing with a fairly large order, and instead of rushing me or seeming annoyed (like many would at that hour), Chris greeted me with a genuine smile and treated me as if the store had just opened. He took his time walking me through everything I needed, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Chris was incredibly polite, patient, and professional from start to finish. What really impressed me was that after helping me select everything, he even helped load all of it into my car without hesitation. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Chris went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll definitely be return
