Empire State Builders and Contractors

We’ve lived in our house for a long time and we decided it was time to do some updating. We got several bids but it was a pleasure talking with Tom. He was very easy to talk to and plan the work to be done. His subcontractors and all their crews were very respectful and professional. They cleaned up as they worked so the house was always livable with a minimum of disruption They did a great job and we’re very happy with the results. I recommend them highly.

We wanted to finish our garage, so we contacted Mark at Empire State Builders because we love the kitchen remodel he did in our house (for the previous owners). From our first phone call all the way through completion of the project, Mark's communication was fantastic. He was available any time we had a question, gave us a fair price for the job, and didn't hit us with any surprise expenses along the way. Mark and his team started and completed the job on time, and were incredibly professional throughout the process. We will absolutely use Empire State Builders for all future projects.

My detached garage was pretty damaged by Tropical Storm Isaias. A huge tree fell on top of it and punctured my roof and damaged siding, gutters and a window. Mark and his team to the rescue! They repaired and replaced the roof (tree caused four holes in roof and broke support beams), installed gutters, repaired siding and did other repairs as needed. My garage looks like new -- what an amazing job! The work was done efficiently and professionally. Mark was at my home every day, overseeing the project, even helping with some clean up, addressing any concerns and answering any questions. Mark is a true professional and his team does high-quality work. I highly recommend Empire State and will use them again for my next project (renovating my main bathroom). (**Updated with kitchen picture) Discovered Empire State builders online - Mark has been great from the start. He and his team did our two bathrooms and we are starting the entire downstairs and kitchen in Feb. The bathrooms were finished pretty quickly and we have been getting nothing but complements so far! I met Thomas & his wife Debbie at Rockland’s Home Show Expo. They were welcoming, spent time listening to my vision and offered solutions that worked with my renovation budget. His subcontractors were excellent, mindful of my schedule and clean!!! Great Job. I highly recommend their services.
