Brian was great! Punctual, professional and most importantly transparent. He explained what was needed to treat the Yellowjackets that were in my house. He even advised me that the problem didn’t require a full treatment. That earned my trust and that’s just as important as providing a service.

We’ve used Powerhouse for various issues, I highly recommend! After reaching out to multiple exterminators Bryan was the only one that didnt make us spray inside our home. He understood what type of bug we were seeing, and that only exteriors of houses need to be treated for these bugs. His treatment was successful and saved us from having toxins inside our home! Since then we’ve used Powerhouse again for critters that moved into our basement (yikes). Bryan helped get rid of them and seal the house to prevent it from happening again. On top of that he checked in afterwards to make sure our issue was gone (it was!). Living in a +100 year old house brings unwanted pests, thankfully Powerhouse helps keep them outside!
