Recently purchased a washer, dryer, stove and fridge. All in good shape for the price. I opted to take them home myself and got them installed. The washer had 2 issues, so I called them after a long weekend. They came out the next day and went above and beyond to get us back to doing laundry. Support local business!

Bought a washer here 6 months ago, have had several problems with it, but that can be expected with used appliances. I called for a problem I was having with my washer, and we thought it was fixed, I paid all my fees, no question. A couple weeks later, that same problem arose, and I called to tell them it wasn't fixed and I would need to get it looked at. She explained I would have to pay another service fee. If it were for a new problem, I totally understand paying, but for a problem I had paid for that was never fixed is not correct. I am still under "labor warranty" but they require an extra payment, regardless of warranty. Will not buy from here again. Also, the fact they reply to every negative review is important. Never their problem, always a customer problem.

My shopping and purchasing experience here was good and I wrote an honest, positive review for it. Post-purchase has been very disappointing. I made some mistakes: 1. READ the WARRANTY before you pull the trigger. It stipulates that if you have a problem you must bring the appliance in or pay a $50 service fee if they come to fix it. Delivery isn't free, either, so understand that if you have a problem, delivery + service call will add at least $80 to the cost of your appliance. I did read it, but my mistake was expecting that that the washer & dryer would work as thoroughly inspected and repaired machines. The standard of inspection seems to be "we ran it and it washed (or dried) clothes." My washer did wash clothes, but it took 20 minutes to fill due to a clogged fill valve. The pa
