We had a furnace emergency at 10pm and couldn’t have asked for better service. Aaron was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got us up and running fast. What really stood out was his positive attitude that late at night. He genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable before he left. Exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Trouble Free came out on a Saturday and made it out quickly as our furnace was not working. I was led to believe the problem was a dirty pipe so the gas wasn’t coming out correctly. I was told the service ignition was aging but didn’t necessarily need replaced at the time. To prevent another call and another furnace malfunction I decided to go ahead and replace that. Went on with our day and the next morning woke up to a 59’ house on one of the coldest days of the year. Called Trouble Free back since they came out the day before. They didn’t have any service technicians out that day. So on a Sunday I had to call a different company and pay another service charge because the real issue wasn’t discovered/addressed. We unfortunately agreed to a year service plan and paid for the whole year. But they were dishonest, it wasn’t for just a year, they kept charging us. And the bills they sent had zero description , I’m sure to make it easier for some overworked or elderly person to pay it without thinking. Also, their services are 2-3 times more expensive than other companies. To get out of this contract that was just supposed to for a year, I have to send a handwritten and signed letter opting out. Don’t deal with these scammers.

They came to my restaurant to fix the heating system, and I’m really satisfied with their service. They arrived quickly, checked everything carefully, and explained clearly what was going on. You can tell when someone knows what they’re doing and works honestly. The heating is now working perfectly, and the restaurant is comfortable again for my customers — which is the most important thing to me.
