I called Derek to have someone help install a new water pressure switch and give me some information about my water softener system. This is my first time on a well and having systems like this, and Derek was able to make it out in just a few days. He was professional and courteous, went straight to work. He answered all the questions I had and even pointed out some improper electrical work that I should have inspected. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Mr. Bell did a great job of clearing my drains. Highly recommend. Will certainly call if I need a plumber again.

Derek came over to troubleshoot a ‘whistling’ toilet. He was able to get me in the schedule in just a couple days and called before he came to confirm our appointment ( in addition to text reminders that were greatly appreciated). After a couple days, the toilet began whistling again. Derek came over and completely replaced all the toilet insides for no additional service charge (I paid only parts). He was friendly, personable, polite and great with my dog. I couldn’t recommend him more.
